We are the specialist digital media training and educational technology arm of Popular e-Learning Holdings Pte Ltd (PeLH), a fully owned subsidiary company of Mainboard-listed Popular Holdings Ltd. The company is spearheaded by a group of award winning team with vast experience in ICT education, new media technologies, curriculum and pedagogy.

120 primary, secondary and post-secondary schools have benefited from our range of new media courses. We have also trained the Ministry of Education HQ officers and participants in the Teacher Work Attachment Programme (TWA).
